Joanne is the ultimate professional. She is reliable, readily accessible and knows every possible property listed (and many that aren't). She is incredibly responsive to texts and calls (no dealing with assistants!), and managed negotiations like a pro. I especially appreciated how she came to each and every inspection in person, in order to discuss the details with each inspector (and to help me determine which items were critical and which could wait). I've owned several homes and have never had a realtor do that before; it really made in difference in my understanding of the inspections and how to prioritize necessary repairs.

She made the transition from finding a rental house to then purchasing the property seamless for me. When we closed, she even handed me a binder neatly labeled with printouts of every inspection performed, and gave me a jump drive with all of my secure documents on it. I highly recommend Joanne. She has pulled off the amazing feat of getting me 3 lessors over the years for my house in Pacific Palisades without losing a day's rent. My house was only on the market for 30 days when she found a lessor when I first decided to rent my house. She was also able to get an extra $1,500 per month over my asking with my current lessor and even more amazing is that it was done right before Christmas. None of this happen by accident. She is very professional, intelligent, hard working and well connected. Joanne followed up to confirm all was going well after the deal was done. She organized and confirmed all the paperwork was done correctly. Through my work I have had a lot of dealings with real estate agents over the years and I can not imagine hiring anyone else. (less)
